Cleansing diet

Dieta depurativa

After a season of excesses (over a gastronomic journey, several days eating away from home), our stomach sends a warning signal and note that we can not take one more steak - not to mention a greasy burger! - or burst. At that moment, a cleansing diet to help us move beyond those excesses is what most want, and this regime is based primarily on fruits and vegetables.

But I'm not going to talk about the diet of melon or pineapple, the "cleansing diet" based on a single fruit only thing you want is to lose weight quickly, measures disguised as "healthy." Spend a week not eating nothing but pineapple is anything but healthy.

I leave here a weeks menu for a purifying diet l:
Monday

  • Breakfast

Orange juice + yogurt with whole grains

  • Food

Watercress salad, tomato and celery + Sole on a bed of spinach cooked with potatoes + 1 tangerine

  • Dinner

Pan of vegetables and wild rice + a bunch of grapes

Tuesday

  • Breakfast

1 Tea + bread with cheese and quince + 2 slices of melon

  • Food

Cream of leek + beef with herbs chopped pineapple +

  • Dinner

Chard baked + salmon + lemon fruit salad

Wednesday

  • Breakfast

1 cup malted milk with high-fiber cereal + 1 peach

  • Food

Chickpeas with pumpkin orange + trout + 1 pear

  • Dinner

Crepes with spinach, zucchini and peppers + 1 cottage

Thursday

  • Breakfast

Yogurt with strawberries + 4 crackers

  • Food

Tagliatelle with artichokes braised turkey + + mango

  • Dinner

Hake pea sauce + 2 slices of melon

Friday

  • Breakfast

Grapefruit juice plain yogurt + 1 + 3 Biscotte without salt ham

  • Food

Scrambled eggs with mushrooms + talk soup, spinach and potatoes & applesauce

  • Dinner

Papillote of hake with vegetables + 1 pear

Saturday

  • Breakfast

2 plums + 2 grain toast with cheese spread

  • Food

Escarole and chicory salad with oranges + seabass grilled pineapple + cold soup

  • Supper

Chicken and apple salad + 1 yogurt

Sunday

    Yogurt with diced apple + 2 slices whole wheat bread

    • Food

    Asparagus omelette + rabbit with herbs + 1 kiwi

    • Supper

    Col + cream pasta salad with carrots, nuts, diced ham and avocado + 1 banana
