Ana Locking interview: "I can only reproach is that Penelope Cruz gives zero support designers of his country"

Ana Locking has granted an interview with Jared to talk about his new Spring-Summer 2011, the styling of the celebrities and what they never would look at a Christmas party. Toledo designer, who has an enviable track record, likes to live day by day, without thinking about the future.

Since it is Christmas, tell me what look perfect for a party considers these dates.
Best I'll tell you what should not be used. Do not overuse of shiny sequins from plastic, not the long dresses lingerie type straps, are a leap out of bed. Not to put too much hair or produced, much less decorate with items hanging type with details crowns, glitter, etc. Neither are too smart garments such details as decorative hanging cheap pens throughout the dress, creating a look a little like "chicken." Not wear shoes with matching bag, it was postponed to the mother at a wedding look stale. Also watch the warm clothes, a daily wrap is good for a party look, completely destroys it.

And beware also handbags, undone those little hanging from a wire loop type nochevieja red riding hood, is a real horror. Moreover, with a little common sense when combined and some good taste, all more or less may be allowed.

Let's talk about the Spring-Summer 2011. What has inspired you? And how would you describe it?
"Insides" talks about the duality of man: body and spirit, matter and soul.
It is a connection between the corporal and spiritual, prints are photographs taken through a microscope, inside the human body, muscles, blood ... This results in an interior landscape that illustrates the body abroad. An interior image to dress our outward appearance. See body parts out of the body, it gives you the opportunity to see himself differently. This is a new display bodily and spiritual.

Their proposals are always very architectural
In the bottom game ever between two opposites, on one hand the architectural rigidity in the more sober and structured ways of tailoring (I love working jackets women both as a knight) and on the other hand, always do another set of proposals loose and free, ever since the disintegration, creating a cutting-edge image.
My designs are so characteristic of this play of contrasts between the architectural and unstructured.

"Penelope Cruz, a woman with elegance, halfway between the sensual, visceral and cerebral. I can only blame to the latter, is that it gives zero support designers of his country "

Now also designs jewelry and shoes why decided to expand your collection?
I started in the 97 years designing accessories. It was then when I put aside the realization of accessories to devote exclusively to designing clothes. It is now when I go pick up that with which I developed in my early days, but in a rather more experimental.

What will the next innovation?
I do not work with that thought constantly proposing new in every collection. Do not think that fashion is to propose new, but experimentation continued season after season, working as a long-term research and every designer has their own.

What do you think will be the three trends in the next Summer?
The designers offer different styles, these styles mixed reviews and proposed hundreds of trends and finally the big multinational chains are selling clothing that decide who will be 3, 5 or 10 more marketable trends and strive to produce them , advertise and sell.

Ask me three can be, what I can say is that the skirts are long or too short or too long to the ankles. The platforms are falling into the shoes but not do heels that remain of vertigo.

And I would say that the boys are getting used to include jackets and a really trendy clothing in their daily lives and not just as a boring job object. The shirts become blouses hanging, protruding beneath their jackets. Anyway male revolution is yet to come.

Julianne Moore is a woman who can not help but admire and look because it has a professional image and overwhelming.

Some of his proposals are risky for what kind of woman designed these proposals?
Riskier proposals are designed specifically for the parade and impact as a stylistic device for cutting edge fashion editorials. Rarely these few proposals end up being more risky in the everyday life of the street. It is always necessary to create a small group of items that perform the function of dreams and illusions, emotions important for good health of fashion. Not everything should be specifically linked to functionality. If everything went well, art in all its facets and expressions do not exist.

Who would like to see him show off a design?
Any great Hollywood actress Penelope Cruz, Nicole Kidman, Tilda Swinton ... that crosses the red carpet at the Oscars in a dress of mine, so action launches any designer in just one day, with its corresponding international bestseller.

What foreign celebrities believe is the smartest?
I have not a single option, there are several women who seem to me more than fulfilled this requirement, but if I have to choose one today I would say that Julianne Moore is a woman with a style that I've always loved, whether in film, in advertising, fashion editorial or live, is a woman who can not help but admire and look because it has a professional image and overwhelming.

What about Spanish?
I like the personal style of Elena Anaya, outside all conventions of style. In the same way I love Pilar López de Ayala, but maybe would give her looks a little more public importance, is often too simple and can risk a little more in his public appearances. Penelope Cruz also a woman with elegance halfway between the sensual, visceral and cerebral. I can only blame to the latter, is that it gives zero support designers in his country and has a position so strong that I would love to reach out to one from time to time. It would be a great support for industry and international profile of Spanish fashion.

How long was it clear he wanted to be a designer?
I grew up with patterns and sewing machines, dressmaker and my mother was growing up I decided to study Fine Arts. In this way I learned to walk holding on in both disciplines of each hand in a completely natural. This has made my work and my style.
