The best age to have children

What is the best age to have children ? All that we ever heard that the female body is more prepared between 19 and 26, but at the same time it is increasingly common to delay motherhood beyond 35 years. Currently, the average age for having children in Spain is 31 years, one of the highest in Europe.

And in most cases the physical ideal time does not match the mental, and even when they do, not many people have the economic stability and labor necessary to afford having children.

Beyond the ideal age, experts have established an age limit, from which the chances of getting pregnant are drastically reduced. Want to know what it is?

We all know women who have had their first child 40 years and that they have not passed anything, but studies show that after 37 years is much harder to get pregnant, and fired the likelihood of abortions. And is that age is a key factor in achieving a successful pregnancy!

This is also true with artificial fertilization. Many women think they can delay motherhood beyond 40 years, if then resort to methods of assisted reproduction. However, in vitro fertilization is not an eternal solution, since after the 37/38 years the prognosis for pregnancy success rate with their own eggs is reduced very significantly.

Keep in mind that from that age on the follicle count is plummeting and also egg quality, which affects the probability of pregnancy and embryo quality.

Of course, every woman is different, and some will see reduced their fertility before age 37 and some will see it reduced later. But doctors are sharp with something: to delay motherhood beyond the age of 37 significantly reduces the chance of getting to state.

There are currently forecasting methods individually (each woman) the age at which it will no longer be fertile. This tool is very useful to have an age limit custom, so ask your medical information.
