Gucci Spring-Summer 2013: returns the magic of the seventies

Gucci

Frida Giannini opted yesterday to revive the spirit of the fabulous Italy late sixties, early seventies: the time when Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton his love strolling through the streets of Rome, a short period of time in which Hollywood glamor moved to Italy. presents a powerful Gucci Spring acid colors like pink, yellow or cobalt citric involving a woman of aristocratic airs.

In Gucci silhouettes varied between a Roman muse, with large leaves on the shoulders and around the dress to wear long dresses ideal for a luxury cruise. The costumes and sets were topped with colorful accessories: plastic necklaces and earrings. I imagine a young Sofia Loren with huge sunglasses on the deck of a yacht wearing any of these designs.

More and more designers who are committed to a single color, very powerful in a series of dresses or shirt and pants sets, so then focus on design, something very characteristic in the parades of Jil Sander. For Gucci, worked retail long dresses, inspired by the leaves of the Roman columns creating pads and collars that rub off excess.

In short, Gucci did not disappoint, inspired by the seventies introduced an "Italian diva," a woman I honestly do not see her working hard, rather living la dolce vita at the expense of her husband's money. A fabulous trophy wife. Lack perhaps something for the working woman, that he combines a working life with moments of glamor.
