Having seen in recent lookbooks Mango and Zara seems that things will calm down a bit and we can breathe, but until a few days into the mass market stores supposed to face the two heavyweights of this autumn-winter 2012: the camouflage pattern against leopard print.
The followers of animal prints have been enjoying it for longer. A few seasons that the leopard stopped being chonis thing and happened to be slightly (mostly accessories) in the closets of all of us. But for one year the bubble burst and we could see the feline print coats, dresses or pants taking center stage.
The camouflage case is different. We saw the exit of the parades last February that many of the guests were favored by the camouflage in their street style looks, and that pattern until then was related more to the male wardrobe became a hit in the female. And while the camouflage could be seen to have been a fleeting fad, the truth is that has struck with great force. I have come to count to five with a garment of camouflage in an afternoon.
Have you tired of these prints? And if you have fallen into one, what was it?
